‹ Fremme

Terms, in plain English.

Last updated October 8, 2026

Short version: Fremme helps you make a plan to pay off your credit cards. It gives estimates, not financial advice. Be honest with it, keep your password safe, and we'll do our best to keep it running and your info protected.

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS] (“Fremme,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Fremme, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fremme.

What Fremme Is (and Isn't)

Fremme is a planning tool. You type in your card balances, rates, minimums, and due dates, and Fremme estimates a payoff plan, reminds you about payments, and shows ways you might save.

Your Account

Please Don't

If someone does these things, we may suspend or close their account.

Your Info

Your plan is yours. We use it only to run Fremme for you, as explained in our privacy page. We never sell your info.

Emails

We send emails you need for your account, like confirming your email and resetting your password. If reminder emails are on, we also email you about upcoming payments. You can turn reminders off anytime in the app under Your Account.

Feedback and Ideas

We love hearing from you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Fremme without owing you anything for them. We'll still treat your personal info the way our privacy page says.

Changes and Availability

We're always working on Fremme, so features may change, and sometimes it may be down for maintenance or because something broke. We'll try to give a heads-up before big changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Keep using Fremme after that, and the new terms apply.

Ending Things

You can stop using Fremme anytime. To delete your account and everything in it, tap Delete My Account under Your Account in the app, or email us at hello@fremme.co from the email you signed up with. We may close accounts that break these terms.

The Legal Part

Fremme is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your situation, and we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on its estimates, including late fees, interest, or credit score changes. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to Fremme is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], USA.
