Privacy, in plain English.

Last updated October 8, 2026

Short version: your plan is saved to your account so you don't lose it, and only you can see it. We never ask for bank logins or card numbers, and we never sell your info.

What We Keep, and Why

Who Can See It

Your plan is locked to your account. Other people using Fremme can't see it. Our team can access it only to keep Fremme running, fix problems, help you when you ask, or when the law requires it. Your connection to Fremme is encrypted (HTTPS).

Services We Use

We use a few trusted companies to run Fremme. They handle your info only to provide their service to us.

The app may link to outside sites, like the National Foundation for Credit Counseling or AnnualCreditReport.com. Their own privacy policies apply there.

What We Don't Do

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account and plan until you delete them. When you delete your account, your plan and reminders are deleted with it right away. We keep feedback messages so we have a record of what people asked for, unless you ask us to delete those too. Our providers' logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted on their schedules.

Your Choices

Age

Fremme is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change how we handle your info in a way that matters, we'll update this page and let you know in the app or by email.

Not Financial Advice

Fremme gives estimates to help you plan. It's not financial, legal, or credit advice, and your card company's statements are the numbers that count. See our terms.
